Happy Holidays to you! ❤️
Today, I want to send some extra love and support to the Smile with Sander community. I know that the holidays are an especially joyous time for many, but it can also be a very lonely and isolating time. No matter what you are going through, I want you to know that I am sending you all my love.

I'm there for those who have experienced the death or loss of a loved one. I know you miss them, and you're not alone. They are with us in spirit and watching down over your smiles.
I'm there for those feeling lonely or struggling. There are people out there who love you, some of whom might be beside you. Don't be afraid to open up and lean on others. This is a time to be open and accept support. I'm here for you.
I'm there for those with anxiety around talking about key areas of your life such as financial status, relationship status, and other most talked-about holiday topics. Remember that you can always set boundaries in conversations and that you're on your path. Your progress in key areas of your life is constantly in motion, and it's okay to not have it all figured out. This may have been your year of major accomplishment, change or life goal reassessment. You’re not alone in your experiences and there’s always progress to be made. I believe in you.
I'm there for those with disordered eating and body image issues. I know the holidays can be extremely tough when it feels like weeks of celebration, food in your face, and less ability to stay consistent. My girlfriend always says to focus on the memories that last forever, rather than some of the negative thoughts that might be consuming your mind around food and your body. Stay in the moment and allow yourself to indulge within your boundaries. Stay true to your goals while allowing yourself to live.
I'm there for those who are being affected by world affairs and all the negativity in the world. Between the multiple wars, attacks against the LGBTQ+ community, and the upcoming elections, it’s valid to feel scared and defeated. For weeks, I felt numb throughout this year after hearing about major events happening in the world. I still feel lost in my inability to create world peace. With that said, I’m doing my best to stay grounded and in the moment. Use love within your holiday events to stay strong despite any uncertainties and insecurities you might be feeling.
I have felt all of these emotions at one time or another during the holiday season, so I want you to know that you’re not alone. I’m there for you!
It’s okay to not be okay. It’s okay to feel better than you ever have in your life. No matter what, stay true to you, be grateful, and spread love. The holidays are a time to come together and accept yourself for all your emotions and feelings. I hope that you have the most amazing time and close out 2023 strongly! Thank you for smiling with me. The best is yet to come ❤️
You are a caring compassionate man. Your mom did a great job raising you. Best wishes for a happy healthy New Year!
Shalom and happy Holidays to you and your family!
